Appointment Policies

Deposits & Payments: There is a $10 non-refundable deposit required upon booking your appointments and goes towards final price. The remainder is due via Apple pay, Cashapp or Cash. If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount. I do not keep change.

Rescheduling:  If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you may use your same deposit towards a new appointment.

Cancellations:  If you need to cancel please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. You will also lose your deposit and have to reschedule with a new one.

Lateness: To keep things running smoothly, there is a 12 minute grace period. At 11 minutes there is a $10 late fee. At 12 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. No exceptions. No call, no shows will be banned from booking any future appointments.

Fill Ins: Only one fill in is allowed per new set & no fills after the 3 week mark and you must be okay with having the same base as your last set. If you are missing more than 2 nails, it will not be considered a fill in - you will need to book a soak off and a new full set. If changing the design and getting an inspo set, it needs to be sent via text, DM or email for exact pricing/my preparation.

More Important Information: I do not soak off other peoples work. Please come with bare nails unless you booked a soak off or fill in for a set previously done by me only or your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. Full address will be sent to you the day before your appointment. Please refrain from booking if you have damaged and/or sensitive nails as this will affect my prep and the retention of your nails. No extra guests will be permitted.

- Due to sanitary reasons, sets are non refundable. All sales are final. 
- Processing time is 1 to 3 weeks.
- All sets include application kit, aftercare kits are available for $5.
- Tracking number will be sent via text, DM or email once your order has shipped.
- All sets are made to order, meaning you order and then I customize your nails.
- Premade sets are not available.
- If needing custom sizes please contact me via text or email before purchase.
- Rush orders are not available.
- We are not responsible for incorrect mailing address so please be sure to put accurate mailing address.
- We are not responsible for incorrect sizing so please be sure to size your nails correctly. Sizing instructions are available in highlights on Instagram page.
